My plans for world domination
Thats not the plan! I just want to sculpt Artisan Keycaps and tabletop gaming accessories and whatever else takes my fancy. So in the months to come the designs offered here will be greatly increased. I will also venture into other areas, such as sculpted containers, perhaps drinking vessels and gaming terrain.
I'm always interested in ideas for new keycap designs, so don't be shy and use the contact page to make suggestions. In the future, I may include free raffles for people who suggest keycap designs that I decide to sculpt.
All designs are hand sculpted, so you will not find any print layer lines or errors on anything!

Your personal data will only be used to support your experience on this website and to process your order. Additionally, subscription emails will be used to keep members advised of Apex Miniatures new keycap and gaming designs, subscriber discounts and special offers. It will never be sold to any third party. Your credit card details are never revealed to Apex Miniatures. They are processed by the secure Stripe payments gateway, who are fully PCI DSS compliant. (Payments Card Industry / Data Security Standards.)
Shipping
Rates are listed for countries served by Japan Post. If you are unable to complete an order, it will most likely be due to there being no Japan Post airmail service to your destination. Please contact us and we will do our best to add another service to accommodate you.
All shipping includes tracking and insurance and is charged at a flat rate of 900 yen anywhere in Japan. Orders above 4000 yen may be collected from the North exit of Nakano JR by arrangement. ( Please understand that my Japanese is very much a work in progress.)
To countries deemed as being within Asia by Japan Post, the flat rate is approximately 1700 yen. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout, prior to completion.
All other available destinations will be charged at approximately 2000 yen. Again, the exact fee will be displayed at checkout, before completion.
Orders will be sent by Japan Post and include insurance and tracking, via their website, which is available in Japanese and English.
Please allow 28 days for delivery, although we aim to have orders received much faster, where possible, as Japan Post offers a very reliable service.
Any import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty
All items come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. Coverage is for damage deemed by Apex Miniatures to have occurred under normal useage, or manufacturing error. If necessary, items must be returned via insured post, to be paid by the customer. Any replacements will be supplied and posted at Apex Miniatures expense. The first step in the return process MUST be through our contact form, including a description of the problem. Our products are cast from hand made originals, by hand, so please allow for minor deviations from the website image. Pigmentation is added by hand, which will also result in minor deviations from the website image. Differences in screens being used to view the items may likewise render differing tones. We will make every reasonable effort to rectify problems.
